Injuries are a global problem in football costing professional clubs millions of pounds in lost productivity and blighting the careers of millions of players at grass roots level. While the dynamic nature of football does place players at potential risk of injury, almost every injury is avoidable when common sense is combined with sound training methods - particularly soft tissue injuries such as hamstring, groin, quad and calf strains.

Fit for Every Game is a world-leading methodology created by elite performance expert, Damian Roden, to help football coaches, practitioners & players maximise performance and minimise injuries. Fully aligned to the UEFA Fitness Competence Framework, Fit For Every Game provides a universal framework to standardise best practices in fitness training for the football world. It explains the scientific principles underpinning Damian’s methodology in clear football language and provides an abundance of practical tools to make it easy to apply the theory on the pitch.
